    This is a yoga move and I find the only way I can do them is by sitting in a cross legged position and placing my hands on my yoga blocks on each side of me.

    I agree with the previous poster who said if you are getting the entire series you don't need timesaver. I have it and the only one I use is the leg workout. It's great because it has most of legs/glutes with some footage from SJP. I don't have a favorite because I love the entire series...
