    exercise great/eat terrible?

    I relate to wendybdh completely! I was dating someone and had almost achieved my goal weight when we broke up last week. Since then I have been eating uncontrollable amounts of sweets. It's not because I'm sad (although I certainly am..) it's because I don't want to be attractive to anyone new...
