I also have the polar Ft4 and love it for the reasons mentioned. It's not fancy but it gets the job done. My trainer and several if my friends use the polar ft7 which is the next model up and has a few more features than the ft4.
I must not be doing this workout correctly because I was not sore in my glutes the next day. I did feel soreness in my calves and biceps though. Guess I need to work harder next time.
I do both! I love taking group classes such as zumba and horizontal training and balance infused strength. I do like the convenience and flexibility of DVD workouts too. I like to mix things up so that I won't get bored.
I watched it too last night and was touched by her journey. She is one special lady. It was great seeing the love shine between her and her husband too. Very inspiring.
Cathe I'm enjoying this series so much! Some of the DVD's I've only done the premixes and boy am I feeling it!! The soreness is like no other. You really outdid yourself! Thank you so much!
I'm going to try this workout tomorrow morning. I'm about to lay out my workout clothes now, lol. I hope I can handle it. I'm going to try to do the whole 50 minutes. :o
We have trainers that come onsite to my job so typically I take group classes Mon-Thu (45 minutes) and then a couple of nights during the week I'll do an hour of Zumba. Then on Saturdays I might do an hour of Zumba or a Cathe DVD as my last chance workout for the week. My rest days are Fridays...
Just did cardio supersets!!! Awesome, awesome, awesome!!! I did the whole workout as well as the bonus steps. Sweat was dripping everywhere! I burned close to 700 calories!! Tomorrow I will try Total body triceps and yoga relax.
I saw this movie last night and thought it was awesome! There are a few hard parts to get through but overall the movie is worth going to see. It does have a happy ending. :)
