    Hi - thanks for the response but I guess I'm still too new to understand. So what I should be doing is going to chapters and selecting the workouts from there? Will they more closely match the names and times on the label? Sometimes I just want to do under 10 minutes not the 14 or 15 listed...

    I am brand new to Cathe so I'm sorry if this sounds like a dumb question. I was wondering why the label on Ab Hits doesn't match the menu options. The label lists much shorter workouts than the menu does. Can someone explain this to me? Thanks very much! Shelley:o
