I've read both this summer. I would recommend BFFM much more over Eat Clean. BFFM is more comprehensive if you are looking at weight loss. If you are only interested in the basic principles of clean eating then Reno's book is cheaper and covers it. Deb

You might consider Cardio and Weights (the DVD also contains IMAX2). I think the step is fun and not quite as intense as some of the other step workouts. The premixes are nice too.
Another suggestion is to get Low Impact Step which also has Total Body Sculpting on it. This one is rated...
