    Find an old-fashioned scale at an antiques store or consignment store. I have one and it's consistent every time! Years ago my husband went and spent about $100 on an electronic scale that gave me a different reading every time. Ridiculous! He makes fun of my ugly pink art-deco scale...

    Pushups and Low Ends

    I dread low end lunges on the step, the 180 turn squat jumps in the HIIT. Squat thrusts are a bitch too! ha ha. I've grown to love the other forms of torture Cathe has created.:cool:

    butt Kicks

    I cant do the butt kicks with that many risers. I try with 3 risers. Butt..last time I did them, I screwed up my back. I guess my core just isn't strong enough to take me over that many times and I ended up straining my back. I think I'll just do some jumping jacks, high knees or whatever...

    I agree with all the above!! More step workouts, with lots of premixes on top!:) Of course, I always feel guilty I don't do certain workouts enough times/year as it is. But, it gives us a Christmas wish list for sure!!:eek:
