    I really enjoyed this one! Although I think I need to blow up my exercise ball :)! I didn’t catch the information about next week‘ s workout, Disey. I would imagine that Cathe might do a workout with Jenn and Kirsten and then upload it on at some point on Thursday. That’s happened at least once...

    I would love to see some really short 10-15 minute workouts working different body parts and also including 10-15 minute cardio (I’ve been reading about the benefits of REHIT recently and it sounds fascinating). Cathe really is a master of assessing the difficulty for participants - I was so grateful when she told us she would drop a planned bicep...
