A steakhouse is next to the LaFitness that I frequent before Covid. I love steak.

I received my DVD's yesterday. I am looking forward to my calendar. In 3 weeks I will be done with STS 6 month schedule.

I did it, and enjoyed. I posted frequently on her Facebook page as I did it and she was interactive. Or the person running her FB was interactive. While she isnt Cathe, it was very challenging and I have recommended to others .

I agree, do not run the race in brand new shoes. I usually run about 40+ miles to break shoes in or 3xs a week, 4 weeks before race.
