    Video Clip From Cathe's 21 and Done Live Workout

    Loved this for a quick upper body workout on the day I came back from vacation. Surprisingly tough with a nice cardio effect if you go as heavy as you can which is easy to do because there are not endless reps of each exercise. Thanks Cathe!

    Laptops at the gym

    I do this all of the time. I use my phone or Ipad plus wireless headphones. It works great! Can't imagine a gym workout without it!

    Animal products may cause inflammation in your body, but may not be true for every body. Everyone needs to find out what works for them and what causes inflammation in their own body. For me its grains, but I couldn’t say that its true for everyone.

    I'm Wiped Out!

    This may not be your problem but maybe it's what you are eating. I went through a 3 month period of fatigue and body aches, and exhaustion especially after work in the evenings. I still managed to work out a few days a week, but I was spent all of the time. I started to get headaches too...

    I may be in the minority, but I think the quality has gone way down in the last couple of years. I've been disappointed in my last few purchases. I will be sticking with Lululemon if I'm spending the big bucks, and Nike gear for quality at a reasonable price.

    Exercising with an umbilical hernia

    I would get a second opinion! I had an umbilical hernia for 12 years and worked out with no problems. I had it fixed a couple of years ago when it started to bug me when I was doing pullups, and was working out a couple of weeks later. Sounds like your doctor is being way too conservative...

    I think spinning workouts are almost like weight workouts....if you find them too easy you aren't using enough resistance to challenge yourself. :)

    Is frozen fruit washed well enough for smoothies?

    I make smoothies in my Vitamix every day for the familiy using bananas, frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, and frozen mixed fruit (peaches mostly). It just dawned on me that I don't wash that frozen fruit...I'm wondering if it's actually clean enough to be healthy? What do you think...
