    Thanks everyone for your input. I'm actually following Cathe's rotations for LIC and yes my legs are more toned etc. but just was alarmed at why my jeans were tighter!! Please tell me it's muscle!!! :-)

    Thanks for your input Tracy. I know with using weights thats true for me as well. But its not so much weight work with the new low impact series, its those darn discs!!!! I'm doing what seems to be enough cardio since most of those workouts are cardio based and have even added in a HIIT workout...

    Well I failed!! I took one day off. Tried to do Rythmic step tonight on just one riser and after 40 minutes I felt weak, tired and was sweating buckets!! I will give it another try to stay off exercise and recover.... Wish me luck :D
