    Its 30 minutes long. Its goes from one exercises to the next so I dont have time to get bored. I dont dread it cuz I feel tbat I get an good workout cardio as well as weights and for only paying 10.00 at walmart you cant beat the price.

    My son ran a5k

    My son has never ran over a half a mile ever and did his 1st 5k and finished in 25 min. I couldnt believe it. He beat my best time of 25min 35sec. My other boy did it in 33 min which was also good.

    jackie warners book

    she has you eating a carb and protein together always to balance insulin. eating good carbs. This helps with cravings etc... workouts are intervals for cardio only 20 min, wts are circuit routines, 30 min 3x week. The workout seems easy until you actually try it, the cardio anyway and I am a runner.
