I've tried everything and cannot get it to play. Freezes during the warning and just stays there no matter what buttons I hit. I tried playing today's workout and it plays fine so it must be something weird with 328?

I use the Firestick to stream Cathe Live and for some reason this one (#138) won't play. It freezes 30 seconds in. I've cleared the cache, cleared the data, logged out and logged back in, unplugged the firestick but not luck. Anyone else having problems or is it just me?

Same thing happened to me. I'm not sure what is going on. Must be an issue with the firestick app?

I am having the same issue. I reached out to customer service and they told me "We are aware of the issue. We informed our developer about this. It is tough to say how long it will take him to identify the issue and fix it but he is aware of it."

I do cathe live via firestick. My favorites are not saving. I know there were issues with that for a bit but I thought it was fixed? I've cleared the cache and logged out and back in again. Not sure what is going on.

Live workouts "added to favorites" are not showing up in the "favorites" tab but when I pull them up from all of the live w/o's and try to re-add them to favorites, it is saying they have already been added. Not sure why this is happening. I use the firestick

I take that back. I tired to do Breathless Legs last night and it was awful. Keep freezing up, voice didn't match what was happening , kept stopping then restarting skipping several exercises. Ugh

I just subscribed to cathe live via firestick. I did notice the newest live workouts are not showing up. I will log on and back in again just wondering if there is an easier way to have them appear?

I just got cathe live and ondemand app on the firestick for my tv. All works well but I cannot figure out how to change the view from "series" to "types". Any help would be appreciated.
