    Don't have slow and heavy workouts..

    I don't have any of the slow and heavy upper body workouts.. What could I substitute? The workouts that use weights that I have are ME, BM2, DM, HSC, HSTA.. and I think thats all of the ones that use weights at all. Any ideas? Lauren

    Slow and heavy or endurance?

    I'm trying to shed a small layer of fat and continue to build lean muscle. For weight training is it best to do slow and heavy weights or less weight but more reps (endurance)? Or should I be alternating between both. Thanks! Lauren

    Does anyone take L-glutamine? I just purchased some in tablet form and I'm not sure how much of it to take or when to take it. Each tablet is 500 mg. Any ideas? Also, does anyone take CLA? I'm kinda curious to hear what people think of it. Lauren
