I just did High Rep and I'm not sure the shoes are the Assist 2 unless they discontinued the color they are wearing (which I know happens all the time).

Thanks so much. I think it is time to admit that working out in my Nike Shox aren't helping my PF at all. I used to wear only Ryka but got away from them. Maybe it is time to try them again.

I couldn't find a post when I searched but what workout shoes did Cathe and crew wear for this series. My feet have become increasingly creaky so TIA.

I'm not quite understanding this. Was it always intended that back not be included in the UB premix? The Full Upper Body First is the workout with legs after upper body IIRC which means I have to forward to the end for the stretch. Is that right? Not trying to be a complainer but this is odd...

Coaches do tend to be very helpful. Some, I assume, would be in the hope that you choose to buy BB products from them and thus increase their business.

Kassia that is true about USPS and tracking. If you had known that the series would be shipped during the Christmas rush season, I'm sure you would have gone with UPS in advance.

Do you ship the UPS preorders prior to the USPS preorders even if the USPS order was 1st?

Is the 15th still your projected date?

It always interests me when a poster tells those that have any form of complaint that they should remove themselves as customers of Cathe. Is that a direct request from Cathe? from SNM? from Chris? I'm not sure that SNM is not happy to have all the people who have concerns as their customers...

I agree but I do think it is shortsighted of SNM. If I don't receive my DVDs I will look to them for them. If they don't have proof that they were shipped, they will have to make good on my order. Tracking gives them protection actually for any package not received. ETA: As the preorder...

I hate suprises and if someone doesn't want theirs to be ruined they wouldn't have to click on the Clip. I find this "surprise" idea to be entirely silly. Oh and Collage did just a fine job of editing the clips that they posted. I didn't notice a problem with them at all.
