    I am not seeing floor and mat work in the STS 2.0 rotations. Is there a reason behind not including them more than just the add ons?

    I feel these workouts help with overall leg strength and injury prevention. Am I wrong in this assumption?

    Input on others suggestions for upcoming STS video display

    1.) I personally don't like the idea of a clock countdown, or showing time remaining. I will buy the product either way, but I concentrate too much on the time left, versus just enjoying the workout. Perhaps a stop watch style for rested, but I don't see that its needed, we have Cathe for that...

    I would be fun to have a band and bodyweight roadtrip. Maybe foam rollers too. It would be easier for Cathe's crew to set up and take down, but still be challenging and fun.

    I’m going to have to mix things up myself. After doing Sts I’m having a hard time finding workouts of hers that builds that much muscle. I think I’m going to mix up sts workouts in different ways.

    I have ended up using push up bars and my thumb pain is gone. I change thumb positions sometimes when lifting heavy, but using the push up bars completely removed the aggravation I was having. I use them in yoga too.

    Live or DVD suggestion for Cathe

    Well, I'm going to reply to myself. Cathe did a LIVE core stand-alone workout and it was fantastic for the posture. I love the way she worked my rear/back core!! Thanks!!!

    I stream live workouts, and I like it, but very often, my streaming system just won't work. Even on-demand gives me issues. It's a problem that drives me nuts. I mostly use DVDs because they are reliable! I totally agree!!

    I know many people, men, and women, who are having issues with posture. Either front leaning posture or shoulder, back, and neck issues from poor posture. I love the upcoming workouts on perfect 30 and have purchased them. I am wondering if you have considered a workout DVD for posture as well...

    I developed a stupid neuroma on my foot and it bothers me off and on. The way my feet are formed I can't do what I want to do all the time. I've learned to modify A LOT. You can always use the mat in place of the step, and change things to a lower impact, even if the girls in the video are...

    It would be nice to have an extended stretch bonus we could add on if wanted. I hurt less after your longer stretches of the past. I love the ones in low impact, and Xtrain.
