Total Body Giant Sets

I love love love this workout. I feel every muscle group (when I add on the bonus abs) gets fatigued. Even the legs, and I find it is hard to really fatigue the legs with a total body workout in under an hour. But this workout gets the job done and it flies by so fast. Wish cathe would make another one like this!
