Hope someone could help!

It has now been two weeks since I have not received a newletter.
I am trying to re-subscribe but the system is prompting an error message stating the connection is not private. Has this got to do with the site being moved from http to https.

I have just tried again and it is not working. I hope admin could look into this.
The shop cathe site migrated recently.

We're aware of this. Because we've converted our site to using secure "https" the link to the third party mail server (Mail Chimp) for our Newsletter must also be secure. We're waiting to hear back from Mail Chimp on this so we we can fix this.

According the system, my e-mail address is already registered. I did not receive the newsletter yesterday.
I have checked my junk mail box.

Please help!

I would suggest checking your junk mail or clutter folder. Your ISP may also be blocking the email without your knowledge. It's always a good idea to add our our newsletter address to your contacts to help avoid your ISP thinking we're sending you spam.

Thanks, I will certainly check my security. Having changed a computer and operating system is probably blocking
some traffic. I have added the newsletter address. Hopefully this will be sorted
