I'm thinking os swapping tapes 4 and 5 so I'm not doing legs 2 days in a row. Has anyone else worked through this yet? Cathe, or am I doing both tapes too heavy maybe?

Hi Cathe, glad everyone is doing well. You said you are now clear to resume exercise at 6 weeks. Have you been doing anything during that time? I know you can do light stuff as you feel like it, especially pelvic stuff to get the muscle tone back.
