I remember reading a tiny add about her in Shape magazine many neons ago.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
She's inspiring. No one can rock the house like she does. She knows her game and does it well. Music and moves are exciting and fun. She honestly brought home fitness to the next level. I'm addicted to Cathe!
