How I found out about Cathe Workouts
Someone on the Firm Believer's site was posting about the intensity of Cathe's workouts. Curious, I looked her up on Collage Video's site and ordered "Circuit Max" on VHS. I knew-after only 30 minutes-that she delivered what I needed.
Why I love doing Cathe Workouts
Cathe's workouts are fun, challenging, results-driven and produce a feeling of accomplishment when completed. I trust her: she knows how to deliver a product that does what she says it will do if I just do what she tells me to do!

Other Workout DVDs that I own
The Firm, P90X, CLX and a few other Beachbody series, Jari Love, one each from Jillian and Bob--several other odds that I never do.
My Fitness Goals
To continue to increase muscle mass and strength, maintain function, enhance fat loss and grow older jumping, pushing, pulling, lifting and sweating.
My Success Story
Have maintained-with some ups and downs- my weight loss for approximately 14 years. Consistently exercising using Cathe's workouts has kept my fitness level up with no decrease in functional abilities or weight gain.
