How Does It Work?

Step One

The Workout Blender will only work with downloads purchased directly from our Cathe Downloads store. After purchasing your videos from our store just drag the files you want to mix or change into the Workout Blender.

Step Two

Select the video you want to change or use. Then drag the chapters you want to the bottom Film Strip of the Workout Blender. Repeat this process with as many videos as you like until you’re finished creating your new workout premix.

Step Three

If necessary you may rearrange the video clips in the Film Strip located at the bottom of the Workout Blender in any order you like. Then just click the “Create” button and your done. All you have to do now is open your video folder and drag your finished saved premix video file into iTunes.


The Workout Blender is an easy to use desktop application for Mac’s and PC’s developed by us that makes it possible for you to create unlimited premixes from any of Cathe’s videos.

In just a few minutes you can mix segments from as many Cathe videos as you like to create your own custom workout. Your premix may then be transferred to your IPod where it can then easily be played on your TV. Unlike a DVD, you’re not restricted to doing just the premixes we give you on a single disc.

Our Workout Blender patent pending technology puts you in control of your workouts. You can shorten or lengthen any workout and you can eliminate or substitute one exercise for another. For example you may want to substitute a high impact move with a low impact exercise, or perhaps you hate lunges and would prefer to do step ups. The Workout Blender is the only program that makes all of this easy and simple to do, even for the computer novice.



After the file downloads, double click on the disc image (the file called Workout Blender for Mac.dmg) to mount the installer disc, then click on Install Workout Blender and follow the directions.


After clicking on Windows Download Now, click Save on the window that opens (It is not recommended to Open or Run the file at the same time as the download). Save the installer file to your desktop. When the download is complete, double click the Workout Blender for file and follow the directions.
