For the next two sessions, we will split into two groups: A and B (please check your name badge to determine which group you are in). As one group kicks it up some notches with Cathe’s boot camp, the other group will do some serious spinning. Then we’ll switch places.
During this time, you can also participate in an informal Question & Answer Session with Chris Williams, Cathe’s business partner, in the Filming Studio. Stop in any time between 10:15 and 11:40 a.m. to find out the answers to your burning questions.

Guest instructor Gladys (born and raised in Puerto Rico and one of our top instructors at Four Seasons for 25 years) shares her Zumba® moves and grooves…the hottest fitness craze sweeping the nation. If you don’t want to Zumba®, no worries, just enjoy the party. The latin passion Gladys exudes while performing is worth the entertainment itself. Wear sneakers and comfortable workout attire.

Here is some information for you about the airport or Amtrak station shuttle service (Rapid Rover) that we’ve always recommended to our Road Trippers.
You are responsible for your own transportation to New Jersey and to the hotels. For those of you who are coming in via airplane or Amtrak train, we highly recommend Rapid Rover Shuttle service for your travels to and from the Philadelphia Airport, or to and from Philadelphia’s 30th Street Amtrak Station. Here’s their contact info:
Rapid Rover’s pricing varies depending upon your route (pick-up point and destination) and the number of people in your Rapid Rover vehicle. We recommend that you call to check for current pricing before your Road Trip travels. Payment: Cash, VISA, MasterCard and American Express only. No personal checks. Quoted prices don’t include a tip for the driver – that’s at your discretion. Rapid Rover will allow two pieces of luggage plus one carry-on item per person, and they’ll allow 1 to 2 extra pieces for a $2.00 surcharge for each. If you have more than two extra pieces, or you have bulky items, the driver has the right to charge you a higher luggage “carrying fee.”
If you’re flying into Philadelphia International Airport: You do NOT need to make an advance reservation for transportation to the hotels from Philadelphia International Airport. Upon your arrival at the airport, retrieve your luggage and proceed to the ground transportation counter located in the baggage claim area. Dial 21 on any courtesy phone at that counter to reach the Rapid Rover dispatcher. They will send a shuttle, and your driver will arrive at curbside to pick yourup within 20 minutes.
