Thanks for participating in the Ultimate Guide Update. You are being asked to rate the intensity, enjoyment factor and complexity of choreography for each fitness workout.

Please choose from the dropdowns below next to each workout that you own.  If you do not have any any particular workout DVD  just choose "Don't Own."  Please use the references below to choose:

Intensity: How hard is this workout on a scale of 1-10? 1 = easy & suitable for beginners 10 = extremely challenging & suitable for the advanced exerciser

Enjoyment factor: How much do you enjoy this workout on a scale of 1-10? Consider factors such as how good it makes you feel; interesting/fun moves; good music; memorable Cathe sayings etc. How easy is it to start working out because you know the workout has that x-factor (Think IMAX 2!)?

Complexity: How complex is the cardio choreography (step, drill, hi-lo and/or kickbox) in the workout on a scale of 1-10? Please assess the complexity of each workout relative to Cathe's other workouts (ex. Basic Step would receive a low score, Rhythmic step would receive a high score).

We will post results from this survey around the beginning of  February 2007.
