Cathe's first and most unique tape in the series. This was one of the first step videos ever made and was the #1 selling step video in 1989. Cathe was only 24 when she made this advanced killer step workout. Step N Motion 1 was released at the IDEA International Aerobics Convention that year and completely sold out on the first day! This video became a "must have" for every aerobics instructor in the country and catapulted Cathe Friedrich onto the world stage creating a movement that is known today as Power Stepping.) The choreography in this video, of coarse, is now extremely dated. Step Aerobics has come a long way since 1989, but many people still seem to love this video. Step N Motion 1 contains some of the best music we have used in our videos and is completely different in style from a Cathe video today. The video is intense and features strong powerful athletic movements as opposed to more dancy movements.
