Over 2.4 million women are married each year in the United States and most would agree that the most important day in their life for looking their absolute best was their wedding day. Cathe came up with the idea for this video during her own engagement in response to numerous requests from other brides. Cathe has even included short film clips from her own wedding throughout the video.

How To Get In Shape For Your video is a Video Fitness Favorite and was Entertainment Weekly's video of the week.

Even if your not getting married you will love this video. "How to Get In Shape For Your Wedding" is divided into 2 sections: 1.) Step aerobics: This section is 52 minutes in length and even die-hard Cathe fans will not be disappointed with the intensity. This section is similar in style and fitness level to that of "Mega Step Blast" and is only slightly less intense than Cathe's other advanced videos. 2.) Muscle Conditioning: This is a 59 minute total-body-muscle-conditioning workout that requires the use of hand-weights (2 1/2 LB to 10 LB). Also, makes a great starter video for people who are new to Cathe.
