4-14-97 -- Cathe's next videos will be called "Maximum Intensity Cardio & "Maximum Intensity Strength" and will be filmed this January.

As you can tell from the name, "Maximum Intensity ", these will be two killer videos and for the first time will have a segment in which Cathe does aerobics "Off" the step.
