Pat is 45 years
old, married and lives with her husband and children in Washington Township, NJ. She is a
former AAU natural competitive bodybuilder and is an AFAA certified personal trainer. Pat
began her career in fitness after the birth of her fourth child at the age of 36. She now
trains and works with clients solely at our facility in Glassboro.
