Hi Cathe, I am big fan of yours and own many DVDs. I was very pleased with downloads option and I would very welcome daily deals on all digital downloads. Reason for that is simple. I come from Slovakia /EU/, and every time I purchase DVD I have to pay tax on top of that. So daily deals on downloads would be very much appreciated. Best luck Svetlana

Hi I tried to purchase cardio club step + advanced step DVD value pack actual price of this product 169.99 after applying the coupon code save15 the price comes to 144.49. Shipping charge is coming around 30.00 why am I not getting free shipping even though my order is above 50?
That’s because we don’t offer free shipping on steps. Only items that show the green truck logo qualify for free shipping.
Per the above comments, the 30% discount coupon can be used on the Xtrain series. I tried to apply the coupon and was given an error (only one item in the cart). Is the 30% discount still valid for the Xtrain series?
I also tried to get the Xtrain series with the 30% coupon and it did not apply?
