Cathe Friedrich's aerobic videos

(800) 433-STEP

The filming of IntervalMax and the Pure Strength Series was finished on November 21, 1998. We are often asked about how we make our videos  and we thought   you might like to see some behind the scenes photos.
H-Kathy-Make-Upe.jpg (5021 bytes) The day begins at 4:30 am. Gloria (below) makes some last minute adjustments to Cathe's hair while Mary (left) works on Cathe's makeup. After 3 weeks of rehearsals everyone is anxious to get started. While this is going on the camera crew and engineers are getting everything ready on the set.
Our newest videos feature a brand new set and more and better camera angles. The outfits worn in these videos were provided by dangerboy fitness Inc. Shoes were provided by Ryka and the steps by The Step Company.

The music in all the Pure Strength videos was produced by Musicflex while Dynamix provided the music for IntervalMax.

H-Set-Picture1d.jpg (13100 bytes) If you think it's tough doing a Cathe video at home... just imagine what it   is like under 100,000 watts of lights and three cameras! Temperatures can reach over 100 degrees on the set.
Our videos are filmed in state-of -the -art facilities just outside of Philadelphia. We use the most modern and best cameras available.

Our new set was designed by our own GTM Graphics with the help of Zoomerang Inc. The entire set was printed at our facility in Glassboro, NJ.

Once filming is completed all that is left to do is edit each video. We use a digital editing system which greatly reduces the time it takes to edit a video. All of our videos are now recorded on digital tape and in Hi-Fi Stereo.

Video covers are now designed by our own graphics arts company (GTM Graphics) at least a month in advance, so that when we are done editing we can send the videos directly to the tape duplicator.
