circuit workout takes you through cycles of step aerobics and
weight training. Each cardio cycle consists of step aerobics and
concludes with a mini leg burst to strengthen the lower body.
Each strength training cycle focuses on the muscle groups of the
upper body. You'll conclude with a refreshing mix of traditional
and nontraditional abs/core work and a relaxing stretch.
