If iTunes cannot locate your file, in most cases, this means that you clicked 'Open' instead of 'Save' when downloading your file. If you click 'Open', your file will be temporarily stored and subject to deletion on your system.
You will need to download the file again, but this time click 'Save' and store the file in a memorable location on your computer. Then launch iTunes (or compatible program) and open the file within the iTunes menu.
Please check your 'Thank you email', sent to you when you purchased, for a link to your secure download.
