If your digital download stops playing at the same (or close to the same) point every time you view it, this means the download did not fully complete.
Sometimes, when downloading, if there is a glitch or break in your connection your browser may assume the download is complete when it actually never finished. You will need to delete the corrupted file and download it again. Please refer back to the 'Thank you email', which was sent to your purchasing email address, and click the secure link to access your download page.
