1 (10.5 Oz) can low sodium “Healthy Request” style Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Cup Skim Milk
1 tsp Onion Powder
Pinch of black pepper
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1.5 cups regular or French style green beans (your choice!)
2 cups chopped cooked turkey (or chicken)
1. Mix soup, milk, onion powder and pepper in a small bowl.
2. Place all ingredients in large skillet or soup pot.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Serve and enjoy!
