Creamy Dreamy Pumpkin Protein Pudding  by Jen Trudel

Ingredients

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1/4 cup ricotta cheese

2 Scoops vanilla protein powder

Pumpkin Pie Spice

Vanilla Cream Stevia
(use each to your taste)

a splash of Almond-Coconut Milk to assist the blend

(optional) toasted chopped pecans and sliced crystalized ginger and cinnamon to Garnish (as pictured)

 

Directions:

Add ingredients + Blend

Pour into small cups.

This treat treat is likely best when refrigerated or even frozen – but soooo yummy can eat right away if you want to!

Garnish with toasted pecans, sliced crystalized ginger and a dash of cinnamon. Totally Optional… make it your own and ENJOY!!
