grilled chicken, cucumbers,romaine lettuce, tomato, red onion, feta cheese, olive oil,lemon, 8 grain pocket thin flatbread (Oroweat).
Chop up chicken, lettuce, cucumbers, tomato & red onion. Fill half of a pocket thin with ingredients. Top with feta, a drizzle of olive oil and and good squeeze of fresh lemon. Toss any remaining ingredients as a side salad adding olive oil, fresh lemon and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar if desired.
