Small white potatoes, fresh tomatoes from garden, Vidalia onion, brussel sprouts, ground sage
We had finished STS so late and didn’t want to eat a heavy meal so opted for this quicky, easy meal! Hit the spot! LOVE summer produce! (Remember, paper plates are EASY too!
Cut brussel sprouts in half, add any amount of onion to pan and steam for 5-10 minutes with water.
Then, add a bit of EVOO, any amount of ground sage (Optional) to your preference and fry till golden brown.
Boil small potatoes for approx 8 minutes or till tender.
Slice tomatoes and add diced or sliced onion on top.
EASY, PEASY!!!! But Good & Healthy!
