Yoga burn

I’ve been wanting to incorporate more yoga into my workouts but struggle to find time to do both. Has anyone tried Yoga Burn? Just curious how it is. I’m not a yoga expert, but I’m not really a beginner since I’m pretty fit from my years working out with Cathe. I struggle most with balance due to an neuromuscular issue that I have, but I love all other aspects of yoga and want to improve.
