Why no Heavy Leg work in Xtrain?

I love having all the LB options Cathe has. I find that lately my back has problems and a heavy barbell isn't always something I can manage for squats. Cathe's other options like XT Legs and LIS really work my legs without bothering my back. And I really feel it, so I'm sure they are worked really well :)
 
Did Xtrain Legs on Saturday and Turbo Barre today. Love the combo - I'm seeing results with the LIS/Xtrain rotation (with spinning thrown in 1-2 x per week). My legs are thinning out in a way they haven't before - my knees do not like heavy work any more. Love this new combo!
