Which Cathe workouts are considered "metabolic training"?

I read Cathe's newsletter this morning, and it really sold me on metabolic training. I have a general idea about which of her workouts would be considered that, but is there a list of which ones are definitely considered metabolic?

For sure, Flex Train and X Train Super Cuts are metabolic. I also think Afterburn and Athletic Training from the Low Impact Series qualify, but they have a stronger emphasis on cardio. I would also consider X Train's Chest, Back, and Shoulders and Bis and Tris (not the Burn Sets workouts) would qualify, but as splits whereas the rest of the videos I mentioned are total body.
 
I do love To The Max and Crossfire, so thanks for bringing those up, and how did I overlook Metabolic Total Body? I love the whole ICE series so much. :)
