Weight loss & strength rotation

Hey all,

I'm looking to drop 15 lbs so I need a rotation for cardio, but I love my weight dvds and don't want to stop that.

I'm looking for a good mix that would help me lose the 15lbs and still give me my "weight fix"

I haven't been working off a rotation and I find that when I try to make up my own stuff, I don't do it as consistently as when I follow one of Cathe's rotations.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions!!!

Did you find a rotation to fit your needs? Just curious to see which one you picked. I also am looking for a good rotation but just not sure which one.

Rotation for Fat loss

Hi Cheryl,

I relate to your thread. Working out both cardio on daily routine has worked the best for me. I have truly gained results.

*What type of cardio do you prefer? If you prefer long steady pace cardio, I must warn you Hiit has proven to be the best for fat loss.

*How long do you work per day/week

*Do you prefer split weight workout or total body?

* What cathe DVD's do you own at the moment?
