Hi Ceci,

I took a 40 minute walk by myself. My phone said that it was over 4400 steps, but it is not always accurate in my pocket. I jogged some downhill at the beginning and then again at the end downhill towards our house. My knee was trying to go out but it held up for me.

Nice day, 70 something degrees and a breeze, so nice!
 
Hi all

Yesterday was yoga and today my husband and I went for a long walk in a beautiful park then did yoga.

It was 75 today. I love it!
 
Hi Everyone,

Today I did my own mix of a Hoco (push up segments only) workout + a long segment of jules benson pilates workout (an old one). I added on a good 25 minutes lower body stretch.
 
Hi all

Today was Fitness Fusion Live.

I cleaned out all my closets and drawers and took three large bags to Goodwill. I love purging.
