This video clip is from Cathe's (Thursday, March 10th at 9:15am EST) "Boot Camp Blast Off" Live workout and is our 92nd Cathe Live production. Get ready to sweat, burn, sculpt & "work work"! Seven rounds of cardio, compound, lower body and upper body training...in that order!

Equipment needed:

Various weighted dumbbells ranging from 5 pounds to 15 pounds.
A fitness mat

This has become one of my all time Cathe Live favorites. I like that I can go heavier on the weight segments and the compound segment keeps my heart rate pretty high. The couple of times the music does it's own thing doesn't take away from this workout....just gives us a little breather, lol.
