I've done this Cathe Live (January 3, 2019) workout 2 times so far and would love to see this type of workout in the next series. Warm up and then 25 (really 26) different and random exercises for about a minute each. It's super fast paced and I felt like I'd just finished a combination of the Ripped with Hiit floor workouts! I think it would fit well within a more advanced series.
