I do upper body weights twice a week. Slow & Heavy is the hardest to get in two times. A lot of times I will combine it with PS CST and the S&H Back & Biceps. If I do all of S&H twice I try to get everything in in two days with a cardio only day then do the whole thing again. It leaves me with time for short cardio sessions. Otherwise I will do a total upper body workout twice a week and a total lower twice a week. If I am doing an all out endurance rotation I sometimes do everything 3 times or twice with a circuit workout somewhere in there. I try and change things up, but rarely have done a bodypart once a week.
