The biggest change in me since doing Cathe DVDs or other fitness has been in my attitude. I now cannot imagine a life without fitness and eating healthy ( well, most of the time, ha ha) I used to be very inactive and didn't try anything new. Now I love to do my Cathe, hike, walk, bicycle, do Yoga. This winter I got my skates back on after a lonnnnngggg time and am learning how to properly cross-country ski. I know I'm not an athlete by most people's definition, but as I approach 50 this September, I know this next decade will be full of more health and activity with my DH Peter. This is a big success for me. The body is also 25 pounds lighter too...I shouldn't discount that. ha ha.
