STS Hypertrophy

At least twice. Like you, I just want to work on hypertrophy. Sometimes, Meso 2 is the only one I do. I say go for it! It's my favorite mesocycle.
 
Started Meso 2 Jan 1st. I’ve done the whole STS several times as is but decided this is definitely my favorite and doesn’t have the dread factor. Unlike the past I am going to do each week twice before moving to the next week. I just finished week 2, 1st round, after completing week one twice through. After doing this, which will take 8 weeks estimated, then I plan to do Meso 3 as is and another round of Meso 2, but only the 4 weeks this time. By then it will be spring and I am hoping to be bikini ready [emoji120]

I’ve really cleaned up my eating and quit drinking during the week, so hoping this will finally give me the results I had hoped for the previous times, will let you know!
