STS--adding Cardio on Upper Body days??

Has anyone added on cardio on Upper Body days?? I worry that the upper body days don't have enough of a cardio effect for fat loss progress.
 
I ran on my treadmill usually about 2 to 3 miles in the morning then did the upper body weights in the evening.
 
Today I did STS disc 13 - and followed with rounds 1-5 of Imax3. I'm trying to teach myself step - so I figured if I couldn't quite get the moves, I still had the 'blasts' to get my heart rate up, and I'd done a decent workout with disc 13 anyway.

It turned out to be a good combination.
I'll try rounds 6-10 Imax3 next week.
