Sharing my Slightly Modified 4 Month STS Rotation

I'm embarking on STS again, last time I did it I fizzled out mid-Meso 2 mostly b/c of my workout ADD! So I came up with this slightly modified plan to avoid burnout for myself...

MONTH 1
Mesocyle 1 the first 3 weeks (cardio of choice on non-STS days)
1 "rest" week of cardio and yoga only

MONTH 2
Meso 2 the first 3 weeks (cardio of choice on non-STS days)
1 week of cardio and yoga

MONTH 3
Meso 3 the first 3 weeks (cardio of choice on non-STS days)
1 week of cardio and yoga

MONTH 4
Week 4 of Meso 1 (cardio of choice on non-STS days)
Week 4 of Meso 2 (cardio of choice on non-STS days)
Week 4 of Meso 3 (cardio of choice on non-STS days)
1 week of cardio and yoga
 
Thanks Stacy! I like your idea, thanks for sharing. I got ADD on the 2nd & 3rd times I tried to do STS and didn't finish (loved the results from the 1st time!).

I am starting in a week, combining in a rotation The Rockbottom Rotation and STS in an Undulating Periodization method.
 
Thanks Stacy, I like your idea. I have done meso 1 twice now and then got distracted with other workouts and have never done meso 2 or 3. This time I was thinking about doing one month of xtrain and then do meso 2 and 3. Maybe the three week commitment per meso would help me stick to it.
 
You're welcome, my mind seems to wander in rotations about week 4 so hoping this will be what I need to stay on track!
