I posted this on Facebook under the Cathletes (Cathe Friedrich Fans) page, but I realize not everyone is on Facebook, so I thought I would post here as well. This Compendium is one of 4 that I have created. Some of you may know of it, others may not. For those that don't know about it, I have gathered as much information about Cathe's workouts, rotations, and information about the different series that she has created throughout the years and I placed that information into 1 of 4 Compendiums. This Compendium is one of 2. The one I am attaching here is a Rotation Calender Compendium years 2010-2017. There is additional information about the Rotation Calenders in this and the other Rotation Calender Compendium I have created. I'll place BOTH rotation calender compendium's in this section. The others I will try to place in the approapriate forum(s). I hope you enjoy these as much as I enjoyed making them!!
