It would be wonderful if Cathe could consider doing a series of less-intense aerobic workouts for active recovery. She could do floor aerobics, step workout, and kickbox. The workouts could get your HR in your aerobic zone but be low impact/less intense. Maybe something to focus on your technique (kickboxing or even some of the more complex step choreography)? The workouts could end with nice stretching segments, maybe some use of a foam roller? I'd love to have more Cathe workouts to use during my active recovery days.
